Winter Downs 200^®

Applications for 2023 opened at 1000 on Monday 1st May 2023. Applications closed on 14th July 2023 when the race filled.

To apply, runners must submit details of their running or multi-sport experience and pay a non-refundable deposit of £150. If their application is successful, the details for the remainder of the payment will be emailed across. If a runners qualifying details are not deemed acceptable, the deposit will be returned in full and the runner contacted via email to explain why.

There will be no waiting list for this event.

The total entry fee is £550.

Runners may pay the balance of their entry fee in one go upon being accepted into the race, or pay in two equal installments, due on 15th June 2023 and 31st July 2023.

Runners will not be listed as an entrant until full payment is received.

Withdrawals up to 8 weeks prior to race day (0600 GMT Wednesday 18th October) are eligible for a refund of entry fees minus their non-refundable deposit. Withdrawals after that time will not be refunded as all race day costs have been incurred by that stage and you will not be replaced. There are no deferals or transfers to alternative/ later events.

Exception to this is ONLY for pregnancy/ postpartum and in which case you must notify us by email of your pregnancy no later than 4 weeks prior to race day to be eligible for a 100% refund. You must acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy during the registration process.
