Submitting Results

30-01-21 11:27

You can submit results on this page here

You need to either enter one run at a time, the system will then keep a log of your cumulative distance and update your position on the map. Or you can enter numerous/ all of your runs at once if you would rather update it less regularly. Just keep a track of your total distance and your total ELAPSED running time ie. the time you start your run and the time you finish it, including stopping time. But unlike one community, do NOT count the time in between your runs.

You need to provide your entry ID, this is on the email you received when you entered the event. You can also find this by going to your race director profile via their website here. Edit your One Virtual Slam entry (see example screenshot below) and there is a link shown at the top of the page.

You can run anywhere, anytime. Outside on road, trail, on the treadmill, round your garden, anywhere you like. But please stick to government guidlines for your area.

This is an honour based system. If you have a GPX file, link to strava or other training platform then you are welcome to enter that alongside your manual time entry, but this is totally optional.

The One Slam event begins in just 11 days time. The virtual map leaderboard is now live with two example runners on it. Once the event begins and runners start to submit their runs, their name will appear and then move along the map. The map is an elevation profile of the relative Slam being attempted, in the order that the events appear, over the course of a normal race season. Take a look at the preview by clicking here
